Our Story

Oakview Rentals was created in 2006 to provide residential rentals in the Far North Dallas metro areas of Collin and Grayson County. We focus on value priced and clean rentals. Oakview is a Limited Liability Partnership. Equity Trust is the custodian for a retirement trust holding real estate. We also are the sole owners of Investment Innovation.com Corporation, which is the General Partner for Oakview Rentals. We follow all HUD guidelines for equal housing opportunity.
